At Ascentia, we are developing a proprietary catalog of building blocks, focusing on the still underexplored chemical space of molecules enriched in sp³-hybridized carbon atoms. Our portfolio primarily comprises novel (hetero)cyclic structures designed to be readily incorporated into existing cores of potential drug candidates or to serve as entirely new structural scaffolds.

The compounds we design can function as bioisosteres of known drug fragments, opening new opportunities for intellectual property (IP) protection and research program differentiation. The offered building blocks will be available off-the-shelf in multi-gram quantities, with the possibility of rapidly scaling production up to 1 kg, depending on project needs.
